Date: Saturday 18th November 2017

Address: All Saints’ Church, Priory Terrace, Leamington Spa, CV31 1AA

Doors open: 11am / Last entry: 12.45pm

Unfortunately we can't allow people to enter or leave the church during our talks due to filming. Last entry for ticket holders will therefore be 12.45pm and then we'll re-open our doors at our first break (around 2.35pm). You can leave and re-enter during breaks to minimise disruption.

Will there be food & drink?

There'll be a range of food and drink provided by local business including:

- a Slow-Roasted Heirloom Tomato Salad provided by the Saxon Mill** for lunch which is suitable for vegetarians.
- A range of juices, water and tea & coffee
- Snacks throughout the day such as: Sushi from Nanas Japanese Cafe and treats from Sweet As

If you have any special dietary requirements feel free to bring along your own food. We can't guarantee that our food is free from gluten, nuts or suitable for vegans.

What should I wear?
We’d recommend dressing warmly or wearing layers due to the venue’s limited heating.

When should I arrive?
We have over 250 people to check-in over 1 hour and 45 minutes. If you arrive early, fear not, because you'll be able to grab your goodie bag, your lunch and also listen to the amazing soundscapes of Morocco Dave which we really urge you not to miss!

My ticket hasn't arrived by email - what shall I do?
We've used a ticketing site called 'Ticket Tailor' so please do let us know if you haven't received your confirmation by emailing us on

I'll be arriving at a separate time to my friends - will we be able to get in?
We only have the primary ticket holder's name on our guest list unfortunately, so if you are arriving later/at different times then please do let our welcome team know when you're at check-in. We mainly check-in people via the mobile app but we will have printed guest lists also.

What else shall I bring?
The following are all good:
Cash! At times the venue may get a little chilly and for this reason our partners Baxi have provided a stack of warm cosy blankets you can borrow for the day or purchase one to take home but in return we ask for a small donation. All proceeds and unused blankets will go to the charities involved in our event (Helping Hands and Kairos).

Warm coat donations - please bring them to the venue as we'll be collecting them for Helping Hands who'll distribute them to those who need them.

Where's the after party?
Join us at Zou Bisou Cafe (Regent Court) 7-11pm for drinks and some pizza provided by Birtellis! Plus we have even more entertainment and an open mic session.

**Slow-Roasted Heirloom Tomato Salad with brown rice, quinoa, edamame beans, baby kale, basil pistou and burrata (v)
